When you provide us with your phone number as part of the patient registration or appointment schedule process, we will place you on a list of patients to receive information for appointment scheduling and reminder. We will never share your phone number and information with any third-party.

 

We only use SMS text messaging with your consent. You can opt out of receiving SMS text messaging at any time by texting back with the keyword “STOP”.SMS text messages are not secure communications. By providing your phone number you consent to receiving communications that may contain Protected Health Information (PHI) in those communications. We never share any information with our third-part.
